DC & SS, LLC focuses on excellent customer service and high quality, safe, and very clean modes of transportation. We provide airport livery services for both consumer and commercial clients. Unlike many limousine services you are not paying for more vehicle than you need.
***** We are not responsible for flight or train/bus delays related to arrivals or departures. In most cases we can remain up to 45 minutes at no charge. If we are able to stay longer (based on other reservation commitments) there will be a charge of $25 per hour after the 45 minute window has expired. We will make every effort to have one of our vehicles make a return trip if scheduling allows. For delayed arrivals that are extremly late into the next morning we will send a car in the morning (8:00 a.m. for BDL / 10:00 a.m. for LGN) if we are able based on existing schedules in place. If we are unable to do so - you are responsible to find alternative transportation.
$$$$$ Due to the transportation limitations in our geographic region we receive a good share of reservation requests - we can not offer cash refunds based on this demand - first come first serve - we may have turned down business because of yours or other reservtions on the books. This is why we offer full credit for the amount of the reservation good for one year $$$$$
Cancelations with 3 days notice or less may not recieve a credit - if credit is issued clients may receive a surcharge on that fare.
DC&SS reserves the right to terminate the reservation if management uncovers there is no longer a mutually beneficial business relationship.

We can provide courier services for business to business or intra-business deliveries. Personal and business checks are accepted. Commercial invoicing & open accounts are available. We accept MC/Visa, Discover and American Express cards and we can process them via invoice or over the telephone.
*** While traveling our conventional routes the driver will have discretion over which roads are taken based on weather conditions, passenger loads, and fuel economy. Major highways will be used in most cases. Alternate routes, pick-ups & drop-offs while enroute may be available at additional expense and feasibility. Under our insurance contracts and provisions of the Federal Home Security Act the Driver is the Pilot and ultimately responsible for all safety and travel matters ***

PICK UP LOCATIONS: *DA - bench on semi-circle in front of main school building *NMH - south side of Blake Student Center *Amherst College - front of Converse Hall *UMass - Haigis Mall where buses drop & pick up / for prep schools we can do drop offs at dorms or other campus locations / for colleges pick-ups and drop offs for UMass at Haigis Mall only / for Amherst College at Converse Hall only
If a driver is behind schedule or any other changes occur passenger(s) will be notified in advance - for airport / train or other return pickups [ ***** We are subject to the same variables as any other mode of transportation - primarily heavy traffic - weather conditions - change of drivers based on a health or emergency situations - although we have a better record of on time service than airlines / buses / trains we are not immune to or from the same delays they do or may experience ***** ] In most cases drivers arrive early for pick ups - it is highly suggested anyone waiting for a pick up is early - if a student passenger is late the driver may not be able to wait. The reserving party is still responsble for the fare and any other related expenses.
*** There may be times when a student is paired with a classmate for similar departure / arrival times - now that we are the only long distance private car service based / operating in Franklin Country we have had to make many adjustments to accomodate our large client base. Individual fares remain the same just as any other form of multi passenger modes of transportation such as planes / trains / buses. ***** VERY IMPORTANT: ***** Reservations are purchasing a seat not the use of the entire vehicle - clients are not allowed to invite other individulas along without permission from us in advance and if we are able to add an additional reservation to the vehicle ***** Parents of minors must make their reservations on an individual basis - we can not take minors on trips without permission and payment from each parental party whether they are riding with a friend or classmante or not ***
*** WE ALSO ASK THAT RESERVATIONS MADE IN ADVANCE FOR ALL SCHOOL STUDENTS BE HONORED DURING PEAK TRAVEL SEASONS AND DATES. ALL SCHOOLS HAVE LARGE AMOUNTS OF STUDENTS TRAVELING ON THE SAME DAY(S) - SOME OF THESE DATES BECOME TOTALLY FILLED AND WE END UP HAVING TO TURN DOWN ADDITIONAL REQUESTS. IN SOME CASES WE ARE THE ONLY OPTION FOR SOME FOLKS. IF A CANCELLATION IS TRULY NECESSARY YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE FULL CREDIT WITH US FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF THE CANCELLATION. THANK YOU ***
##### Students - business - conventional clients: luggage can not exceed one full size suitcase - one small suitcase or carry on and one book bag. *** BOOK BAGS WILL BE STORED IN THE LUGAGE AREA *** *** WE DO NOT TRANSPORT ANY TYPE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT (there may be some exceptions for smaller items - it is mandatory we are ntoified in advance or they will NOT be placed in the vehicle) - SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY *** We suggest larger amounts of goods be shipped through UPS / FEDEX etc or other arrangements be made for their transport #####
