FYI for students & parents - just like any other form of transportation we may need to make last minute changes - we have never missed a connection (airports - train & bus - shuttles) We are not immune to travel variables that may cause delays (weather - heavy traffic - accidents) to any other form of transportation *** DO NOT change any other forms of connecting transportation once you reserve with us. *** Thank you.

Rates are based on a pick-up / drop-off radius of 10 miles from our headquarters in South Deerfield. We are happy to quote rates from anywhere in Franklin and Hampshire Counties and Special Requests.

We run our business approximately 16 hours per day. We are happy to entertain any requests but try to limit morning departure pick-ups to no earlier than 7:00 a.m. *** From October 1 through March 31 we limit arrival pick-ups at Logan to no later than 7:00 p.m. and Bradley to 8:30 p.m. From April 1 through September 30 Logan up to 8:00 p.m. and Bradley 9:30 p.m. ***

Minimum Premium(s) of $55 (Bradley) $75 (Logan/Boston) for travel times before 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. will apply. - Bradley / Amtrak / Bus drop-offs no later than 7:00 p.m. for departures and after 9:00 a.m. for arrivals. Logan arrival pick-ups no earlier than 10:00 a.m. weekdays - 9:00 a.m. on weekends [providing we make an exception to standard policy]

MANHATTAN / NY & NEWARK AIRPORTS: we ask all drop-offs occur no later than 2:30 p.m. (3:30 p.m. Saturdays) for the city / NY & Newark Airports - pickup times are based on plane & cruise ship arrivals or events in the city. We may be able to make exceptions under certain circumstances so please ask.

*** We reserve the right to change rates, conditions, drivers, vehicles and policies at any time whether they appear on this website or not - we also reserve the right to refuse a job, cancel if we uncover that the business relationship will not be mutually beneficial (client may be responsible for certain administration fees), cancel during extreme weather conditons and for concerns regarding the safety of our drivers ***

As always we will give clients full credit with us for any future transportation needs - Credits are transferable to another individual if requested - thank you.

Bradley International Airport & Connecticut Hotels

One way trip (pick-up or drop-off) $199 (base fare)

Round trip: $398 (base fare)

As a rule we do not do departure pick-ups before 7:00 a.m. / pickups before 7:00 a.m.carry a $55 premium - [there are reasonably priced hotels at both Logan & Bradley for early next day departures -they provide full breakfasts and free shuttles to the airport - we offer this as an option for morning times we are unable to cover]

LATEST PICK UP FOR BRADLEY HOTELS 4:00 P.M. / LOGAN HOTELS 2:00 P.M.

Any travel between 7:00 pm. & 10:00 p.m. carries a premium of: $55 / 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m: $75

All reservations must be booked with a credit or debit card. If reservations are booked well in advance we are more than happy to accept a personal or business check - commercial invoicing is also available

Travel on Federal Holidays: please add $55 per destination & Christmas Eve (any travel pre 2:00 pm) - Christmas Eve (any travel post 2:00 pm $119) Christmas Day [CLOSED] New Year's Eve (any travel after 3:00 pm $139) & Thanksgiving please add $125 per destination

Please inquire about any luggage limitations that may be in place. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any item(s) if the driver is concerned about content or how it might not travel safely in a vehicle with passengers on board...
